Interestingly, when I ask people what has been their WORST performance review they have ever had, many times what they say is when their boss didn&#039;t give them any negative or constructive feedback--something to improve on. Even if we don&#039;t agree with that person&#039;s feedback, we should at least step back and see if there is any truth to it...  ]]></description>
